Better bitmap filters
Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Outer Glow, Inner Glow, and Inner Bevel now trace a bitmap's real alpha channel instead of its bounding rectangle. A circular PNG with transparent corners finally casts a circular shadow, not a square one.
Scale from center with Alt
Hold Alt while dragging a resize handle to scale from the center of the selection — the opposite edge moves by the same amount in the other direction. Combine with Shift on a corner to scale proportionally around the center.
Quick duplicate with Alt-drag
Hold Alt while dragging a selection to drop a copy and drag the clones, leaving the originals in place. A new Duplicate entry in the right-click menu does the same thing without a drag. Both go through undo as a single step.
